Janitor/ Gardener

Main tasks and jobs:

• Performing maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Carrying out regular monthly/weekly/daily checks, troubleshooting, necessary settings, minor repairs.
• Control of building engineering systems.
• Management and repair of electrical equipment in hotels
• Maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and associated equipment
• Care of the garden located on the hotel grounds: care of plants, trees, shrubs, lawn
• Plant protection works, irrigation system maintenance-
• Assisting in organizing internal events

Job requirements:

• Technical or electronics degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finding and repairing mechanical or electrical faults
• Accurate, precise work
• Category B driver's license
